happy birthday to me
I may not have so many friends packaged in one neat and tidy group but my closest friends, the people who I love, the people who matter more than that, I love with all my heart. And after the last five days I can say I have very good reason to. A weekend in the city with my oldest girl friend and her great boyfriend, a night out to start the celebration at midnight with the man who has my heart, and a warm-hearted dinner with some newer close friends and my best friend in the world. So here’s a happy birthday to me, and to you, to my favorites, you know who you are, and I love you.
